NDT2005 is the 44th Annual Conference of the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing being held at The Cairn Hotel, Harrogate from 13th to 15th September 2005.
DSL has a stand at the associated exhibition (on 13th and 14th September) that will feature the Karl Deutsch range of equipment as well as DSL's own FlawInspecta family of real-time phased array imaging systems.
A number of papers are being presented at the conference that cover exciting new developments with the FlawInspecta array imaging system.
The first is entitled "Rapid Distributed Data Collection with Arrays - The Next Step Beyond Full Waveform Capture" and is being presented at 14:00 on 13th September.
The second (at 12:20 on 13th September) by Irene Pettigrew of the Microscales Sensors Group at the University of Paisley is entitled "Investigation of Crack Sizing using Ultrasonic Phased Arrays with Signal Processing Techniques" and reports on how this new type of Distributed Data Collection can lead to practical advantages. |
